The platform encompasses three primary service components: a secured wiki environment for building and maintaining institutional knowledge bases, an internal documentation framework for standardising the creation and governance of organisational documents, and employee onboarding modules that guide new hires through role-specific content and compliance requirements.

Access to the platform is provided through subscription agreements negotiated separately with enterprise customers. The mywik.online website serves as an informational resource and as a channel through which prospective customers may submit enquiries. The submission of an enquiry through this website does not constitute a contract for services. A binding service agreement is only formed upon execution of a written enterprise service agreement between MyWik and the customer organisation.
